Jessica Zucman-Rossi

Professor of Oncology in University Paris Descartes and Director of the Inserm Unit “Functional Genomic of Solid Tumors”

Jessica Zucman-Rossi is Professor of Oncology in University Paris Descartes and director of the Inserm Unit “Functional Genomic of Solid Tumors” in Paris, France. Her group was pioneer in the elucidation of the molecular classification of benign and malignant liver tumors. Prof Zucman-Rossi has coordianted several consortia for liver cancer research in particular within the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) and the “Hetrogeneity Tumor Environment” project. Currently, she is executive secretary of the ILCA (International Liver Cancer Association), member of the Hepatobiliary Neoplasia SIG committee at AASLD and she acts as co-Editor for Journal of Hepatology (2014-2019).
